The Pilgrim Society and Pilgrim Hall Museum (“PHM” or the “Museum”) provides the content and images on its website in support of its mission to advance awareness of Plymouth history. PHM welcomes visitors to use its online content for personal, educational, and other non-commercial purposes. By using the PHM website, users (“you”) indicate your unconditional acceptance of and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”). The Museum maintains this website as a service to users subject to these Terms of Use. The term “website” includes all online features and services made available by the Museum. Users of this website are responsible for obtaining any equipment and Internet service necessary to access our website and for paying any fees for the equipment and service you select. The Museum may alter, suspend, or discontinue this website in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without notice. The website may also periodically become unavailable due to maintenance or malfunction of computer equipment or for other reasons.

Unless otherwise noted, the content contained on this website is the property of the Museum and/or its affiliates or licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The term “content” means all information, data, text, script, graphics, logos, photos, images, sound, music, videos, links, software, interactive features or other material accessible through the website, whether created by the Museum or provided by others and used with their permission in accordance with applicable law.

In addition, PHM allows personal, educational, and other non-commercial uses of content on the following terms. These terms must be followed for the fair use of PHM content.
